NOTICE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS
With winter upon us, it would benefit all homeowners to check on your sprinkler systems and yard. Sprinkler times can be reduced. Excessive watering causes runoff into the streets and alleyways. This can cause deterioration to the street and potholes in alleys. We encourage all homeowners to take this time to monitor your yards and beds to be sure they are in good shape. Remember - no weeds or dirt. All trees and shrubs should be trimmed to enhance your landscape. Everyone is responsible for maintaining everything from the alley to the curb. If you have any questions or concerns about what can be done in your yard, you can read the landscape guidelines in the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Or you can contact a Board member.
NEWSLETTERS
Rather than mail the newsletter to all homeowners, we have chosen to post it on our website. This will save paper, ink, envelopes, and postage. We currently have 584 homes in Mission and this is quite a savings. If you do not have access to the web or simply prefer a printed copy, please notify Frances Seely via email at frances@missionestates.net or by phone 432-661-2050 to request a copy.

EMAIL ADDRESS
We would like to have an email address for all our homeowners. This would allow invoices to be sent via email instead of regular mail. This would save a great deal in postage, paper, ink, and envelopes. Your email address would be used solely for the HOA and never be shared with any other companies or individuals. You may send an email to Frances Seely at frances@missionestates.net. Your account will be updated accordingly.
CHARGE CARD PAYMENTS TO BE ACCEPTED BEGINNING JUNE 5, 2020
We are now accepting charge card payments. There will be an upcharge for using the card which the homeowner will be responsible for paying. Call Frances at 432.661.2050.
