"The business, property and affairs of the Association shall be managed and controlled by the Board of Directors." (Article III, Section1. Board of Directors. Covenants, Condition, and Restrictions.)
"Directors as such shall not receive any stated salary for their services." (Article III, Section 14. Compensation. Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.)
The Board of Directors meet monthly for regular meetings. Any homeowner who would like to attend should contact the Board via email at boardofdirectors@missionestates.net to be placed on the agenda.
The homeowners of Mission Estates vote on the Board of Directors at the annual meeting held in June of each year. We feel the Board does an incredible job managing the grounds and responding to questions from homeowners.
